UK Next Working Day Delivery

For Next Working Day Delivery we use UPS, Fedex, DPD, Royal Mail and DX, all services are only for next working day delivery, meaning that delivery shouldn’t be expected on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.

If you require a guaranteed Saturday service, please ensure this is selected at the checkout.

Change of Shipping Method

Sometimes, at our discretion, we may upgrade your delivery if we believe it is a more suitable service for you or in rare occasions use anther delivery service company, in order not to impact our service to you.

All time scales are based on orders placed and cleared funds being confirmed. Please note all delivery details are for UK MAINLAND ONLY.

Do you only deliver to the card holder’s address?

If you have a PayPal account or pay by bank transfer you can use altenative addresses as your delivery address.

Credit/Debit Card transactions we will only deliver to the card holder’s address, this is to ensure that security of the card holder and of course us as a company. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with our security procedure, where funds have been taken you will receive a refund as soon as possible.

We will look to deliver to an alternate delivery address provided it is a verifiable business address. We may carry out further security checks on this type of order; again orders attempted to alternative addresses are subject to cancellation without notice.

We do not deliver to other residential addresses other than the registered card holder address.

Please note that is your card issuer’s responsibility to ensure that your details are up to date.  If you have moved recently this may affect verification.

Where we deliver?

Our standard couriers deliver to mainland UK only i.e. where no body of water is crossed.

In order to supply Northern Ireland and surrounding islands we pay more for the delivery service and must pass this on to the customer:

• Northern Ireland is £10 and takes approx three working days from cleared payment
• Please note we do not deliver to the Channel Islands 

Smaller items may be shipped to anywhere in the mainland UK via the postal service.

Who will deliver my goods and when will they arrive?

We use DPD, UPS, Evri and mail services; however it is possible that another courier company will be used.

The couriers work Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.30pm.

We cannot specify a delivery time however we will email you a tracking number wherever possible.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders that are placed on EXPRESS delivery before 2pm on a working/business day that pass our security checks and are in stock are usually dispatched the same day.

Nearly all deliveries arrive within two working days, but often arrive quicker than this. We cannot specify a delivery time but if you have not received your goods within three working days please contact customer services by email and we will track the delivery for you.

What if I am not at home to accept the delivery?

The courier will attempt two deliveries on consecutive working days. We cannot authorise any further delivery attempts. If you are not available to accept the delivery you may collect it from the local depot for up to 5 days, following which it will be returned to us. If goods are not collected the delivery charge will not be refunded.
