Buy with confidence from Teqrepair so we want to make things simple for you; we are a distance seller and therefore are reliant on Couriers/Postal Services to ferry goods back and forth so please bear this in mind. Our phones/email/chat are manned 9am-6pm if you have any questions please just give us a call.

Please ensure that you have a full backup of all your data/programs before you send you unit back to us – we may not be able to guarantee to keep your data in the event your machine needs to be replaced.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Please note that in the event that we need to send you a replacement we will need to receive the goods back from you BEFORE we can dispatch another unit.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order:

Before we’ve dispatched it – please call us and let us know as soon as possible

Once we have dispatched your order:

Consumer/Home user:

Within fourteen days of receipt notify us that you no longer require your order. Please call 0208 0900 686 or email customer.services@teqrepair.com with your order number and we will issue you with an RMA number so that you can return the item to us.

You will be refunded in full for the cost of your order; you are responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us.

Business Customers:

You are not able to cancel orders once dispatched.

Problems With Order

If you have a problem with your order please call us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the fault. Depending on the issue we may be able to resolve it over the phone or arrange for the unit to be collected from you. Please call 0208 0900 686 or email customer.services@teqrepair.com

If you have received a unit that develops a fault during your warranty period please contact us to resolve.
